Other things to note Comfortable and close to the beach - this is how you live in the "Villa Laetitia" in Binz! Welcome to our holiday apartment on Rügen! With a cozy living room, a separate bedroom and two pretty balconies, it is ideal for a vacation with up to four people - for a small family or for a break with friends. A cozy interior with rattan furniture and a beautiful light immediately create a feeling of relaxation! In the couch corner with modern TV, DVD player and small hi-fi system you can relax extensively after the day trip. Or you can enjoy the soothing Baltic Sea air on one of the two covered balconies. This is a wonderful holiday feeling! For convenient self-catering, the modern kitchenette has a ceramic hob with oven and various small appliances. The dishwasher does the dishes for you. The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2 m). The sofa in the living room can be converted into a cozy bed for two more people (1.40 m x 2 m). You are welcome to use the apartment's own washing machine for your laundry. There is a storage room in the basement. A children's travel cot and a high chair are part of the fixed inventory. You will receive free Wi-Fi (16 Mbps). A private parking space in the garage (T4 in the two-person parking lift for cars up to 5 m in length and 1.50 m in height) as well as two existing bicycles provide additional living comfort. For larger vehicles, there is a paid external (open-air) parking space on the premises of the company Behrenwolt (next to the gas station at the western entrance) for €5.00 per night. The house has an elevator. Our apartment is also suitable for allergy sufferers, so pets are not allowed. In addition, it is a non-smoking property. We ask for your understanding.
