Come and unwind in our stylishly furnished country house in the immediate vicinity of the Weserstrand. Over approximately 2,150 square feet (200 m²), the property can accommodate up to 4 people in 3 bedrooms (2 single rooms, each with a single bed, and one bedroom with a queen-size bed). In addition to a large living and dining area and a separate kitchen, the terrace invites you to enjoy relaxing moments with a view of meadows and forests. There is a large bathroom with a bathtub and another smaller toilet. The space The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is furnished with made beds. Towels and bathrobes are also provided. Parking is available right in front of the house. Use of our hot tub is at extra cost and requires prior booking. This is located on the property next door (access via a small bridge; about a 1-minute walk). Barbecuing is not a problem if done responsibly (due to the thatched roof); a grill is available and can be provided. The house is secluded on a secluded plot and is not visible from the road, so you are not exposed to any city noise here. In about a 5-minute drive, you will be in the district town of Brake, where you can shop, stroll, or walk along the beautiful sandy beach of the Weser River. In addition, the area is excellent for bike rides to Bremen and Oldenburg or for hikes surrounded by nature. Guest access At check-in, the key to access the house will be handed over. A security deposit of €200 is payable in cash. Check-in and check-out times can also be made flexible by arrangement. Other things to note Pets are allowed by arrangement (€10 per night per pet). Horses can also be brought along; the Weser beach is perfect for great horseback rides! Please note that the house is located on a horse farm and is not fenced off separately. This means that free-roaming dogs can therefore walk right up to the horse paddocks and into the stable buildings. In summer, there is little activity, as most of the horses are moved to nearby pastures.
