From here you have good starting points to the beach to Mukran/Prora, to the Baltic Sea resorts or to island excursions, or starting point for hikes through the extensive beech forests of the "Stubnitz". The city center is about 1 km away, the harbor about 2 km. Everything is easily accessible by car or by bike. City buses also run in the village. In addition to the harbor with the long outer pier, excursion boats, fishing cutters and numerous gastronomic facilities, Sassnitz also offers a variety of shops and supermarkets. The modernly furnished 1-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a detached house. The room is divided into the cozy living area with a flat-screen TV and a dining table, the sleeping area, which is separated from the living area by a room divider, and the kitchen in the back. There is a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The apartment has a terrace with garden furniture and of course a parking space on public land opposite the house. Unfortunately no pets are permitted.
