Other things to note The cozy, high-quality and lovingly equipped non-smoking apartment with African flair is located on the ground floor of a house built in 2019. This is part of a former courtyard and is located in an idyllic location about 200 m from the outskirts of Eggesin. The apartment has a separate entrance and is the third completed holiday home of a farm complex in development. A private fenced small garden with outdoor seating at the apartment can be used as a terrace including garden set (table, chairs and loungers). In the apartment furnished for 4 - 5 people, the 1st bedroom with 1 double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a comfortable sofa bed as an extra bed, as well as a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm) ensure a good night's sleep. A travel cot for children up to 2 years old, as well as a highchair can be provided free of charge. Every bedroom has a flatscreen television. The colorful bathroom pampers you with a rain shower. Hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, towels and linens are at your disposal free of charge. The spacious living room with LED TV, a music system with radio, CD, Bluetooth and USB, books and a cozy 3-seater sofa, as well as a 2-seater sofa, invite you to relax and linger. The open fully equipped kitchen-living room offers an opportunity to cook together. Enjoy an extensive holiday breakfast, on request with bread roll service. Feel free to let yourself be pampered with a rich breakfast in our breakfast room. Dogs of small to medium size are also allowed in this apartment (max. 4) Larger dogs are available on request. All dogs are also free to use our large dog free space (> 10,000 sqm) for free. The ponies, horses, pigs and rabbits, who live in a species-appropriate attitude, are always looking forward to a visit. You are welcome to help with the feeding sessions from all ages. Guided pony riding for children is possible. Our small playground, equipped with climbing frame, swing, sandbox, pedal tractor, children's push cart, sand toys, baby birds, hopping animals, etc. offers additional fun for their children. The barbecue/fireplace, landscaped with cozy garden chairs and loungers, welcomes you to beautiful evening hours with a touch of wild west romance.
