Can Feliu is a 17th century listed local stone house, traditionally and ecologically restored and finished in 2018. The space Two bedroom 80m² ground-floor apartment situated above the Sant Daniel benedictine monastery. Ten minute walk from Girona city center but hidden in lush countryside, a haven for cyclist, walkers and nature lovers.We maintain a strict family ,friendship, cultural and sport oriented enviroment with respect to our neighbours and the local area. The apartment consists of one double bedroom, a round tower, one single room with bunk beds. A large fully equipped kitchen. Large dining room area with double sofa bed. Full bathroom with bath and shower. Full central heating and wood burner. A small front patio garden can also be used by guests during the day and up to 2200hrs evening time. There's no air conditioning in the ground-floor apartment because we found it unnecessary but ventilators are supplied if needed. Curtains, not doors, separate the bedrooms from the living room area.
