First class apartment in the heart of Fairbanks, in a secure building. Walking distance to gift shops, restaurants, parks, and the city's bus depot. It is also a block down from the front gate of Ft. Wainwright. Nicely appointed with all the conveniences of home. There are 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds with drawers and a closet for your belongings. There is a private deck off the dinning area as well as a fully stocked kitchen if you choose to cook. The space The apartment is in a secure building with 2 keypad doors required for entry. I will give location and key for the apartment door when you arrive. The apartment has a large living room/dinning area, a small private deck off the dinning room. 2 bedrooms , one with a king size Casper mattress. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed.. both beds have down comforters. There is 1 bathroom. I provide a coffee maker with local roast coffee and breakfast snacks. The bathroom is supplied with shampoo/conditioner, and body wash. There is an ironing board and iron in the apartment to make your stay more comfortable. Guest access Laundry room available with coin op machines for usage 24/7 . Located on the first floor. Other things to note While walking in the summer months is great. It does get cold in the winter months. I recommend getting a rental car or using ride sharing apps during the winter. There is assigned parking for your use, it has a electrical post for the vehicle to plug into during cold nights. The apartment is located downtown so there will be minimal traffic noise and it is close to our Fire Station. Which you can hear when they dispatch to an emergency call.
