Varner Villa Room #2-New, clean relaxation!

As Veteran hosts, this is our second listing, and we are super excited to host you! If you have a need for a group of 4, please let us know! If both our room listings are available, we will be happy to work with you to accommodate your needs. Our awesome accommodations will feel like home! We are close to many area attractions, such as the State Capitol Building, downtown Jefferson City, Runge Nature Area, the Katy Trail, University of Missouri, and the wonderful Lake of the Ozarks!! The space We offer a very comfortable (brand new) queen size memory foam bed, a cute work space/vanity, full closet, personal heater in your room, makeup mirror, in-room mini fridge, mini coffee maker, and a full size mirror (to make getting ready for the day easy!). If you forgot an essential, let us know. We've got you covered! Our fur babies, Bella and Brody, will be in their kennel if we are not home. If we are home, they will greet you at the garage door. They will gladly lick you if you would like to visit them though! :) Guest access You are welcome to use your room, bathroom, deck, kitchen, and laundry area (we just ask you let us know when/if you want to use the kitchen or laundry area, so we can plan accordingly!) :) During your stay Feel free to chat it up or not! We are as available as you want us to be!! Other things to note We do have two listings, so should both be booked, bathroom schedules will need to be discussed, as there is a shared bathroom for both guest rooms. Communication is key, and sharing has not ever been an issue, since there's ample room to get ready for the day in the guest rooms :).
