A $250 fine will be imposed per pet for any violation of this policy, to cover the costs of extensive deep cleaning, damages, and allergen treatment. This measure is in place to maintain the property as a hypoallergenic environment. Security - For enhanced safety and security, exterior cameras are strategically placed at the front corners, overlooking the driveway and parking lot, as well as at the rear, monitoring the lake and back driveway. ITEMS WE PROVIDE: Initial supply of paper towels and toilet paper (we recommend that you bring an extra supply if you are staying longer than two days or have a large group.) Please do not use white towels to clean up. If this is not done, the large cover can be blown off causing damage, or debris can enter causing lower levels of sanitation. Make sure to monitor children's activities in the hot tub as they are not familiar with the controls and can easily cause damage. Please DO NOT allow sitting or standing on the hot tub covers. They are made of Styrofoam and break easily. For your protection, we provide additional chemicals for use during your stay to help you maintain the correct level of sanitation. This container can be found on the table next to the guest information book. Follow the directions by adding the Enhanced Shock after you use the tub each time.
