Excellent house surrounded by nature, but with the comfort of those who demand quality (fireplace, hot tub, swimming pool, pizza oven, barbecue, solar heating, sky, ping-pong table, queen beds). Privileged location. Hosts José Augusto and Joyce are extremely helpful. Nearby there are: a cafeteria, pizzeria, waterfalls, Caparaó National Park, Cachoeira das Andorinhas Park, Estância Gourmet Restaurant, souvenir shops, and much more! The space Have excellent days of rest, waking up to the sound of birds in a cozy and comfortable place. The house has bed linens for 12 people, a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils, including an electric oven, tea maker, manual coffee grinder, pizza pans, large pots, wine glasses, among other items. The outdoor area has a hammock, wooden benches, a swing for children, a swimming pool, a wood-burning/pizza oven, an industrial oven, a barbecue grill, a refrigerator, a drinking fountain, and tables. Garage for 6 cars. Access to the house is all paved, with no need to take a dirt road. The center of the city of Alto Caparaó is 1.5 km away (in the center there are no waterfalls and it is not the most touristy place in the city; where the house is, there are)
