Spend your days exploring historic downtown Geneva, walk to local wineries and restaurants or take a selfie in front of Ashtabula County’s smallest covered bridge. This home away from home is conveniently located in the middle of all Geneva has to offer The space Just a short drive to area beaches, Geneva on the Lake, Historic Ashtabula Harbor, The Grand River Valley Wine Region, Spire Institute and more. This upstairs unit, we have named “ Tree House” offers a cozy place to rest and relax . The bedroom has a queen sized bed with closet space and a TV. There is a full bath with tub/ shower combo and all the necessities our guests will need. The living room boasts a sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests, plus complimentary WiFi, RokuTV, and coffee bar. An adult size cot and 2 youth cots are also available .There is a fully equipped kitchen to meet all of your cooking needs, including a gas stove/oven, full sized refrigerator/ freezer,and microwave. Crisp clean sheets and towels are ready for every rental. Cleaning is done prior to your stay. We want you to know that we clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces( light switches,doorknobs,cabinet handles,remotes etc before check in .There is no room service or mid week cleanings. One night minimum stay available .Please no pets and no smoking. Due to the location, close to downtown, there may be some street and train noise. A white noise machine and earplugs are available for use if necessary. Guest access Private entrance, The entire space is yours. Please note that the stairway is outside and during the winter months, days will be blocked pending weather conditions. Feel free to message me prior to booking.
