The beaches of Pointe-Marin (Club Med) and the Tonnoir (Center of Sainte-Anne), the city center of Saint-Anne, its shops and its market are within walking distance in 15 minutes, 2 minutes by car. The other beaches in the area are all located a few minutes drive from the villa: Salines (5 min), Anse Caritan (5 min), Anse Meunier (5min), Anse Trabaud (5 min), Anse Michel (10 Min) , Cape Macré (15Min). Covered terrace with teak table and chairs, outdoor seating area overlooking a small fully fenced garden with barbecue. It includes a living room, a kitchen which has a dishwasher, microwave, chopper, coffee maker, toaster, 4 ceramic hob, oven and fridge / freezer and all necessary utensils. A first air-conditioned room on the ground floor with double bed 160x200, a second air-conditioned bedroom upstairs with a double bed 140X190 and a single bed 90X190.
