The Marilia suite at Casa Napoleão is a cozy and very charming space in Vila Madalena, close to bars, restaurants and nightlife, but very quiet. The en-suite has a full bed and an extra bed for additional guests. The house has a backyard to have your breakfast or a beer with your companion! The suite has a large closet, patio and laundry. The house is very cool and has fans. If you are looking for comfort and charm, this is the place to be! The space The Napoleão house is located in one of the most recognized regions of São Paulo: Vila Madalena. The house's architecture makes it a unique and very comfortable space for guests! On the first floor is the living room (with toilet), where guests can feel free to watch TV, read a book or work. The space is fully illuminated with natural light due to the large window that connects to the terrace: a natural spot to relax, have a whiskey or a cup of coffee. The first floor also has the dining room and kitchen, equipped with all the necessary items for cooking. The laundry is located behind the kitchen, with a washer and dryer available for guests. On the second floor is the en-suite with a separate entrance, a double bed, and a terrace. It has a large bathroom with hot water and toiletries (toilet paper, shampoo, soap). You can leave your car on the street without any problem and, in addition, bring your pet if it is small. Our goal is to make our guests feel very welcome and enjoy their stay, so we'll also give tips on the best places to visit in the neighborhood and the city! José, the owner of the house, lives in the space and will share the social areas with you. He is very helpful and kind. He will be an excellent companion for a chat. :) Welcome! Guest access The guest has access to all areas of the house, except the garage space and the storage room. The space is shared with José, the owner of the house, and his little dog During your stay José Carlos is the owner of the house and resident, but the co-hosts of the space are Cassio and Mara. We'll be available before and during your stay to answer any questions and resolve any issues! Rose, our cleaning lady, is often at the house taking care of the cleaning. We are available 24 hours a day to resolve any questions about your stay via chat. Our team is available to resolve any issues you may have, whenever you communicate them. ***On weekends and at night we may take a little longer to respond, if it is an urgent situation please call ;) Other things to note Pets are allowed if they were small (maximum one) The check in after 8 pm has an additional value of R$40 (maximum arrival time 23h) People who are not registered as guests are not allowed. Fumar is allowed only in the open areas of the house. For more than a week hosting we offer suite cleaning service. For reservations with infants (0 to 2 years) we provide an additional bath towel. In case you need baby wipes, they cost R$90.00 and you need to inform us in advance. Please confirm the number of guests you will have in the reservation before booking. The amount of the Booking depends on the number of registered guests.
