Things to know before booking: - ***If you look at an ariel map you will see Jaco is surrounded by Green Jungle and in the jungle there many beautiful things but there are also bugs. You can expect the house to be meticulously cleaned and look just like the pictures when you arrive, but we want to let you know there is a chance you will see a few bugs. Most likely they will be dead and on the floor as there is nothing to eat in once they sneak into the house when a door is left open. Every house in Jaco deals with this. If this is a big deal then booking a condo 4 stories above the ground will minimize this. - This house is not small but it is also not a 5 bedroom mansion. It is 1600 sqft (160 m2). - The house does not have a back yard as that is where two large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were added. However, there is a great neighborhood park that is 50 ft away If you are looking to play with your kids somewhere other than the beach or pool. - As the photo's show the house does not have a huge kitchen, but it is upgraded in every area that counts. It has brand new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a huge refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, gas stove, and a dishwasher. **** Please note that Sol Dorado is a family friendly gated community. If you are interested in a bachelor party type of trip with prostitution and loud parties then a hotel would be better suited.
