The space The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 60 m² living room with a first sitting area with sofas and TV, a dining room and a second sitting area overlooking the garden. - A second sitting area overlooking the garden. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) - Bathroom with shower and WC First floor: - Separate WC on landing - Shower room - Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 3: double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 4: double bed (140x190) with storage, shower room and access to balcony - Bedroom 5 : a double bed (140x190) with a bathroom with bath and access to a balcony For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. The house is located 2 km from the village of Salernes, in very pleasant surroundings. Peace and quiet are guaranteed, making it ideal for a stay in the countryside, as the access road to the house is not tarmac. At the foot of the house, a staircase leads down to the Bresque river.
