The house has been lovingly designed by a London interior design firm to provide the discerning traveller with everything they could want on a Caribbean vacation. Incredible views, a stunning infinity pool overlooking the turquoise sea, oodles of deck space and direct access to a dock and the calm Caribbean sea. The house is located in a private gated development on the favourite sunset side of the island and has a lovely tropical garden and secure covered parking for 2 cars. The space The air-conditioned house provides excellent and flexible accommodation with voluminous light filled living areas, x4 large en-suite bedrooms and generous terraces which lead directly down to the sea. The large fully equipped kitchen provides indoor dinning and there is also wonderful outdoor dining under a covered pergola. The house is also situated on the water via a groyne & dock which you can swim, paddle board's and kayak's from to the nearest beach in 5 minutes, which is the perfect morning exercise. The house is perfect for both couples and families with children and comes with free Wi-Fi, Bluetooth/wireless music, Satellite and Apple TV. We look forward to welcoming you! Guest access We have spent the last year building and creating a beautiful groyne at the back of the house, which we have now re-positioned the dock on. Over time this will create a little beach at the back of the house. Guests will be able to access all of the house in their own leisure, we also have paddle boards & Kayaks at the dock to take out on a lovely morning sunrise. A perfect way to start the day :) Other things to note - The Epicurian, our main supermarket is only 10 minutes drive from the house. - We have a chef available upon request for evening meals at $350 a night for 8 people, food expenses on top - Fast Track run through the airport for $50 per adult, children are free - The pool is charged at $35 a day to be heated, which is optional upon request in advance - 2 Great gyms very nearby the house - 5/7 minute drive to some beautiful beaches - x2 Kayaks + Paddle Boards at the house - 14% Government Tax is in included into the prices per night
