Beach house

Aura Verde Arte & Sintonia Accommodation. Cozy beach house, 50 steps from the sea, with a shower in the yard. 1 en-suite with a double box bed, air-conditioning, bed and bath linens, toiletries and hygiene products, iron and ironing board. Complete kitchen with crockery, cutlery and cookware. Microwave, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, coffee grinder, sandwich maker, blender, orange juicer and electric barbecue. Salt, sugar, oil and pepper sauce. Laundry with WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER. The space For those who want to rest and have the beach 50 steps from where they are staying, we are located in a strategic location on Campeche Beach. Away from nightlife and with the beach as a backyard. The convenience of walking to the beach without having to deal with traffic. Grocery stores are nearby, within walking distance. In the neighborhood, we have banks, pharmacies, snack bars, restaurants and a food court with a food truck, larger markets, a shopping mall... A very familiar street, parties are not allowed. The accommodation is on the ground floor of the house (I live upstairs). The backyard is separated, with a private entrance, but it is shared for parking the host's car. Laundry (also shared) is located on the part of the guest's access area. Guest access Our guests have access to the front of our house's backyard, where there is a shower to cool off after the beach. Clean and well-kept place, with plants, flowers and coconut trees. If, during the period you are staying, our coconut trees have fruit, feel free to pick fruit and enjoy. We share our laundry room, which consists of 1 tank, buckets, 2 washing machines, 1 washer and dryer. A key is provided for access. We also have 2 beach chairs, a sun umbrella and a cooler. Other things to note We ● are advocates of selective waste collection. In Brazil, more than 125,000 tons of garbage are discarded daily and, if nothing is done about it, the environmental impacts will be increasingly irreversible. We provide 1 large can in the backyard for disposal of dry (recyclable) waste. For dirty (organic) waste, we kindly ask you to dispose of it in the trash can located on the wall on the street side of the accommodation. ●We ask for special attention to the air-conditioning. It has enough power to air-condition the bedroom only. Do not use it with the door open, thinking of air-conditioning the entire kitchen. Be sure to check that the air-conditioning is off when you leave. ●We love animals, especially dogs. I have three, which I consider my children. They stay in the part of the property that is not accessible to guests.
