Mini villa on the lagoon cordon of Marana, 20 minutes from Bastia and 15 minutes from the airport, accommodating 4 people and located in a private, quiet and well-maintained seaside residence. You can access the beach by a pedestrian walkway directly in the residence in less than 5 minutes and enjoy the collective facilities all year round (soccer field, volleyball, petanque, ping-pong, book boxes). Residence with secure access by barriers. The space Inside, you will find bright and comfortable spaces, conducive to relaxation, with neat and warm decoration. On the ground floor, you will find a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, "Dolce Gusto" coffee machine, washing machine, (drying rack), a dining area and a living area with smart TV. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom equipped with a new queen size bed, a bunk bed and storage as well as a bathroom with shower (hair dryer). You can enjoy a nice terrace garden to relax and have your meals. The garden has gate access for your return from the beach with outdoor shower. You will find all the amenities necessary for a pleasant family stay such as parasols, petanque balls, access to Wi-Fi... Guest access You'll find free on-site parking in this secure residence.
