The house is well fenced and secured both with electrical fence and a security man/messenger (should there be a need for one). There is also a spacious kitchen as well as a store room. Each bedroom has a TV, a ceiling fan and an air condition so guest do not need to go only to the living room to watch their Favorite DSTV channels. There’s a power plant on the compound which powers the entire house during light out. Guest also would not have issues to clean/potable drinking water as there’s a Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant on site which filters water.
