Rates are all inclusive so you never pay cleaning costs or any airbnb costs. The space The cottage is in a fantastic, quiet location and is perfect for couple or solo travellers. It is a lovely, free flowing open plan/studio design (ie no separate door to bedroom) with living space, dining space, kitchen and bathroom. Relax and enjoy a soak in a full sized bath with overhead shower. We supply beautiful hand and body wash, shampoo and conditioner, along with complimentary tea, coffee, milk and treats! Guest access You have complete use of the full cottage and 100% privacy. Enjoy breakfast or an evening drink without interruption in the lovely private courtyard. Other things to note BATH: The cottage has a lovely, deep bath with overhead shower, it’s perfect for relaxing! There’s a handle on the wall if needed, however if you have mobility concerns, this may not be the property for you. RATES: We never charge a cleaning fee or Airbnb costs!. Our rates are all inclusive (helpful to know if you're comparing properties). PARKING: While there is no parking on the property itself, there is free street parking and you will also have access to a local Parking Permit. Whilst not guaranteeing parking, the permit gives free 24 hour parking in 3 designated streets near the cottage (including directly out the front). Full details including a map showing the relevant area, and examples of appropriate places to park are included in the house guide. There is also a fee paying car park just 30m down the road.
