The space The department has the following spaces Loft B: -Dining room -Full kitchen with everything you need for a great stay -1 queen bed -Full bathroom -TV 45" NETFLIX - The loft has 1 parking space just 3 minutes (300 meters) walking from the house, TOTALLY FREE. -Large Spanish-style patio, with a table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful climate of the region -High speed WIFI The location is the best, just a block and a half walk from the center full of restaurants, bars and shops. A 15-minute drive away are the Del Valle de Bernal vineyards as well as cheese cellars and breweries. The house is Pet Friendly, however, we only accept up to 2 pets per reservation. Other things to note This property ensures maximum security and privacy for you and your companions. But the best part is its location. Just a 2-minute walk away, you'll reach the vibrant center of Tequisquiapan, where you'll find a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shops inviting you to explore the rich local culture. Additionally, if you wish to explore further, in just a 15-minute drive, you can visit the renowned vineyards of Valle de Bernal, as well as cheese cellars and breweries in the region. - Cleaning is done before and after your stay. In case you require cleaning during your stay, it has a cost of $600 per day. - For stays of 20 days or more, an additional cleaning is required with a cost of $600 MXN, which will be coordinated with the host, establishing a day and time. - In the case of stays that exceed one month (30 days), it will be necessary to perform cleaning every 15 days, with an additional charge of $600 MXN. - The use of the grill has a cost of $300 pesos for the entire stay. This includes a load of charcoal and its cleaning (Please notify 48 hours in advance). The house is Pet-Friendly; however, we have established some rules for accommodating all pets: 1) Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas. 2) Pets should not be left loose in the common areas at any time, and if taken for a walk, they must be on a leash, and their waste should be picked up. 3) It is necessary to supervise at all times to ensure that they do not damage or destroy the property's belongings. 4) We accept a maximum of 2 pets per reservation. 5) A fee of $300 pesos per stay will be charged for accepted pets.
