This house consists of a large living room with open kitchen overlooking a beautiful shaded terrace, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and a beautiful landscaped garden in the shade of the pines and its pretty swimming pool. This villa is pleasant to live in, you will feel on vacation as soon as you arrive, lulled by the song of cicadas. The space The house is located in the middle of the garrigues, in a quiet and green environment, just 10 minutes from the city center of Avignon, while being close to the shops of Villeneuve les Avignon (gas station, pharmacy, Carrefour market... less than 5 minutes). The Space: This single-story house with a surface area of 120 m² is located on a wooded plot, with no neighbors. Guests can enjoy a nice swimming pool with a wooden beach, equipped with an alarm system. The house includes a terrace overlooking the garden and pool where you can have an aperitif, and enjoy the plancha during summer evenings. The house consists of a spacious living/dining room, an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms including two connecting bedrooms with a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a shower. The 3rd bedroom is equipped with a small bathroom consisting of a shower and a toilet. The house includes another separate toilet as well as storage closets that will allow you to settle comfortably for your vacation. The house is air-conditioned in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. The other two bedrooms are equipped with fans. You can park at the carpot located right next to the house. The privileged location of the house will allow you to feel immediately on vacation when you arrive in this little corner of nature, while being close to the historic center of Avignon. Other things to note For any rental of a duration greater than 4 weeks, a maximum electricity consumption of €150 is included in the rental price. Beyond this amount, the guest will have to pay the surplus, with supporting EDF invoice.
