The Gamma gîte with an area of 80 m2 is perfectly located between the Beaujolais and Mâconnais vineyards. 800 m from the center of Juliénas and 4 km from that of the Chapel of Guinchay, it is close to all amenities. Small +: a direct view of a bicentennial redwood. The space The accommodation has an equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a large living room. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, one of which is en suite, each with a double bed (one 160 cm bed and one 140 cm bed), as well as a crib. It is possible to accommodate 2 additional guests with the sofa bed located on the ground floor. This sofa bed is also available for people with limited mobility so you can enjoy everything without having to go upstairs. A pellet stove is also available to warm up your winter evenings and reversible air conditioning to cool your summer stays. 🚨NOTE: Following the numerous comments from our guests and in an effort to further improve your comfort, improvement work is planned for November: the staircase will be modified to be more comfortable and less steep, and a French door giving direct access to the terrace will be installed.
