Hello, we offer a furnished tourist apartment at the foot of the largest panoramic site of Lot-et-Garonne and in the heart of the department. Designed for 4 people, this accommodation has 2 bedrooms, living room, equipped kitchen, Italian shower and outdoor terrace. We look forward to hosting you in this charming and peaceful place where only the crowing of the rooster can interrupt your dreams. The architecture of this home is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The space You access the accommodation after climbing 4 steps and you enter the kitchen. Opposite you have a small living room equipped with a 3-seater sofa and a small armchair to watch your favorite shows on a large screen. This living room gives you access to a small terrace with an outdoor lounge and barbecue. From the kitchen you can head to the bathroom with its fairly spacious Italian shower and toilet. Upstairs after climbing a dozen narrow and steep steps you are able to choose your room; either the bedroom with 2 90 cm beds overlooking the henhouse, or the bedroom with its 140 cm bed and its dressing room and its view of the access road to the apartment.
