this studio called "FIJI" with air conditioning is suitable for up to 2 people. It has its own kitchen, and private bathroom (hot water shower) Common use of the pool. the neighborhood is called: bottelier, and is located between Jan Thiel Beach and Mambo Beach. (both 5 minutes away by car). The entire premises are walled, and accessible by electric gate. Your rental car is safe here. Outside of airbnb, you pay €60 per week to electricity/water and 7% tourist tax on the rental amount. Other things to note ✨ What's included 🛏 Bedroom & bathroom Upon arrival, the beds are freshly made so you can relax right away. Bath towels are provided (2 per person), and two pillows are available per bed. 🍽 Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with dinnerware, cutlery, pots, and pans – everything you need for self-catering. In addition, dishwashing liquid, a sponge, a dishcloth, a tea towel, and a kettle are provided. Upon arrival, you will also receive an initial garbage bag and a roll of toilet paper, so you can start your stay without any worries. 🔌 Other features There are 220V and 110V power outlets. ￥️ Important note 🧹 Cleaning The final cleaning is included in the booking price. Additional interim cleaning is available for an extra fee. ⚡ Electricity Electricity is charged at a fixed and transparent rate of €10 per night. This amount will be paid upon arrival based on the number of nights booked. ❄️ Air conditioning We kindly ask you to use the air-conditioning only when you are present in the property.
