Address: Dorfstrasse 81, ch-8782 Rüti GL The house is known as z'Uhrmachers among the older residents of Rüti. Our great-grandfather was a watchmaker. His workshop and the sales room of the watchmaking and jewelry shop were located in the lower part of the house. We have repeatedly found old tools, drawings of clockworks and much more during various clearances. In the wildly romantic, beautiful Glarnerland, we rent a vacation apartment. It was gently renovated in 2023. The space we preserve the typical Glarus without sacrificing modern comfort. Ideally suited for relaxation, easily accessible and yet secluded. For walkers, hikers, mountaineers, cyclists, mountain bikers, sledders, skiers, cross-country skiers, snowshoers, paragliders, those interested in cultural history and much more. The apartment is located right at the train station and therefore all destinations are easily and quickly accessible. The apartment entrance is on the 1st floor. (Outside staircase) Bicycle/ski shelter is available.
