Lakeside Studio – House with lake access

Out into the countryside. If you want to leave the city, this is the place to be. The house is perfect for 1 to 4 people, for workation or a time out with the family outdoors. It has 3 rooms – an open kitchen with living room and terrace, a bedroom, a TV lounge and a small bathroom with toilet and shower. The front part of the garden to the street can be used freely (about 400 m²) as well as access to the lake behind the private house with a small jetty and rowboat. Guest access Guests will have the whole house to themselves as well as the front garden area, about 400 square meters. A signposted path leads past the private house to a small jetty, which is also available to guests, with a rowboat.
