Ideally located, the house is only a 40-minute drive from Geneva, 15 minutes from Thonon-les-Bains and 30 minutes from Évian, making it the perfect base for exploring the region and enjoying Lake Geneva. This unique home, spread over three levels, has been carefully renovated to combine the charm of the old with modern comfort, offering an ideal setting for a memorable getaway on the shores of Lake Geneva. On the ground floor, you will be welcomed in a warm and friendly dining area, equipped with an ultra-functional and completely refurbished kitchen. Everything has been thought out for your comfort: state-of-the-art appliances, complete utensils, and a dining table that seats 4, ideal for moments of sharing and conviviality. A small "technical room" is also at your disposal, equipped with a washing machine and everything you need to hang and iron the laundry, ensuring perfect autonomy during your stay. The staircase then leads you to the first floor, where a cozy sitting area unfolds, complete with a reading area that invites you to relax. This is a perfect place to rest after a day of exploration or to immerse yourself in a good book. The bathroom, equipped with a modern walk-in shower, completes this level by offering a refined and functional space. The charm reaches its peak on the second and top floor, where the bedroom is located under the roofs. This room, bathed in light and tranquility, is furnished with a 160 x 200 cm bed, promising restful nights in absolute comfort. Guest access I will be delighted to welcome you personally upon your arrival in our charming house located in the heart of the medieval village of Yvoire, a unique experience that invites you to explore the historic alleys on foot, the village being strictly pedestrian. In case of absence on my part or for a completely independent arrival, a key box is at your disposal at the top of the stairs, on the right, allowing you easy and convenient access at any time. The Cité Médiévale parking lot, at 25 Rue des Bouchets, is the closest option to park your vehicle. Just a 1-minute walk away, this paid parking is ideal for quick and convenient access to our house, with a daily rate of €14.60. For a more economical alternative, the Du Rempart parking lot, located at 84 route de Messery, offers a daily rate of only €2.50. Although a little further away, this parking lot remains a great option for visitors looking for a compromise between cost and proximity. Les Jardins parking, at 114 Chemin de Feycler, also offers parking at a rate of €14.60 per day, located just like the others a few steps from the center of the village. If you prefer a free solution, free parking is available about 500 meters away. Simply follow the sign indicating "parking gratuit à 500m suivre stade", towards the Les Jardins parking lot. This option is perfect for those who want to enjoy Yvoire without worrying about parking fees. In addition to these options, the Des Mollards parking lot, located on Rue des Mollards above the port, offers hourly paid parking only. This alternative is ideal for short stops or for those wishing to immediately enjoy the lake view. Whichever option you choose, you are sure to find a parking space that suits your needs, allowing you to fully enjoy your stay in our house in Yvoire, while exploring this beautiful medieval village without constraints. Other things to note ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 💳 Security deposit by bank imprint For any profile that has not yet made a trip or has not yet commented on the platform, a security deposit of €300 is requested before arrival (amount not charged, except in case of damage). ➡️ This is a simple bank authorization, like at a hotel, intended to secure your stay. A secure link will be sent to you by email or SMS and must be completed the day before your arrival. ⚠️ Without validation, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
