Other things to note To facilitate a seamless check-in, we kindly ask for the names of all guests and a screenshot of their IDs at least 2 days before arrival to process the entry permit. During check-in, please ensure you have your identification documents for verification purposes. Here are the operating hours for the building amenities for your convenience: Swimming Pool: 7:30am to 9pm daily (except Wednesdays for general cleaning) Fitness Gym: 6am to 9pm daily (except Wednesdays from 6am to 1pm for general cleaning) Kid's Playground: 8am to 7pm daily (except Wednesdays from 8am to 1pm for general cleaning) Kindly note that a maximum of 4 persons are allowed to swim at a time. Larger groups are advised to take turns to ensure everyone can enjoy the pool area. Please also be aware of nominal fees of P300 for kids and P350 per adult for any excess usage. For parking, it is available on the 3rd floor for P224/day. Please coordinate payment at the lobby front desk. Guests with a private vehicle enjoy 3 hours of free usage. Bed and room allocation is determined by the number of guests booked, ensuring an affordable stay for families of all sizes and to avoid unregistered guest coming in. This approach guarantees a spacious and enjoyable experience at a very reasonable price point. For example, for 2 to 3 guests, enjoy a queen-size bed in the first room, for 4 to 5 guests, the queen-size sofa bed is available in the first room. The second room is opened for 6 guests and more, furnished with a double size bunk double beds and a pull-out single bed is provided. If you are in a small group but wanted to use the 2 rooms, you just simply booked for 6 guests. Our unique pricing structure allows you to enjoy the entire unit at a lower cost compared to per-room pricing in condo units. With more space you get more value for your money. Located in a secure and peaceful environment, our property also offers excellent amenities. We kindly ask for your utmost care when handling appliances, furniture, unit fixtures, electronic devices, linens, curtains, decors, and figurines. Any damages will incur additional charges. Lastly, we would like to remind you to take good care of the building facilities to avoid any unnecessary damages and penalties.
