Hence, we cannot assure a 3pm check-in time for last-minute bookings, particularly when there is a departing guest. Kindly get in touch with us after 8 pm on the day prior to your departure to verify if this can be arranged. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if you need to check out after 12 pm, an extra night's fee will be levied and must be paid via the Airbnb Resolution Centre.
