The Chalet Du Grand Roc, recently refurbished, enjoys an exceptional environment within the "Le Grand Roc" estate. This detached house, located in Thollon-les-Mémises, has a large private garden and a large balcony with panoramic views of Lake Geneva. It includes three bedrooms, six beds, two bathrooms, and a spacious and comfortable living room overlooking a fully equipped open kitchen. ***Sheets and towels provided*** The space The atypical chalet consists of 4 floors. The layout is as follows: Entrance, fully equipped kitchen, shower room and separate toilet. On the lower level there are two bedrooms. A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed in the mezzanine. The second bedroom has a double bed and 2 single beds in height. On the first floor, the living room with wood burning stove and a balcony across the width of the living room. On the second floor, a mezzanine bedroom with double bed as well as an en-suite bathroom and a small south-facing balcony. It has a garden and a large balcony with panoramic views of Lake Geneva. The chalet is equipped with all facilities, wood stove, oven, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, WIFI. The estate has a caretaker who can give you all the necessary explanations and an outdoor Private Pool open in July and August. This secure residence offers superb panoramic views for nature lovers: on one side Lake Geneva, on the other the mountains hosting the ski resorts of Thollon Les Mémises, Bernex, Morzine, Châtel, Les Diablerets... Before arriving in the area you will enjoy a magnificent view of the Swiss chain of Les Diablerets. This chalet, without neighbors and on the side of the mountain, is a real haven of peace. It is located 2 minutes from the ski resort of "Thollon Les Mémises" and the start of marked trails for lovers of hiking. During the winter holiday periods, shuttles can drop you off in front of the chairlift located 2 km from the chalet. 15 minutes from Evian and the Swiss border you can relax in the many French or Swiss aquatic centers. You can also enjoy the joys of skiing in winter or walks in summer. Just as pleasant in winter as in summer, you will fully enjoy your stay. Other things to note There are numerous activities to do in the area. You can check with the tourist office in Thollon les Mémises. As far as food is concerned, there is a Sherpa food store, a cheese maker in Thollon. For larger shopping trips you can go to the Super U store in Vinzier where you can find many local products.
