This is a double-storey pre-war house, where the ground floor consists of a living room, dining area, kitchen, separated toilet and shower area, laundry area, outdoor BBQ area and a bedroom which is convenient for the elderly. The second floor consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room, dining area and all the bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioners. The bathrooms are equipped with water heaters. We do provide free Wifi, smart TV, soundbar system, and TV box with a bunch of movies.
