Despite main city is just few steps away, we have minimal noise issue as we have soundproofing and we're in an ideal location. We remained the unique architecture structure of this pre-war building, while mixing urban style design to it. This is a double-storey pre-war house, where the ground floor consists of a living room, dining area, kitchen, separated toilet and shower area, laundry area, outdoor BBQ area and a bedroom which is convenient for the elderly. The second floor consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room, dining area and all the bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioners. The bathrooms are equipped with water heaters. We do provide free Wifi, smart TV, soundbar system, and TV box with a bunch of movies.
