The space The apartment is about 30 square metres and is located on the first floor of a small hamlet dating back to the 1600s, carefully restored over time. It overlooks a quiet internal courtyard, and you enter through a small private garden, which gives it a sense of privacy from the start. Inside, traditional Lombard terracotta floors and exposed wooden beams run throughout, giving the space a warm and authentic Italian feel. The outdoor corner is something we really love: the small garden and patio are perfect for a slow breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening after a day out. It’s not large, but it’s quiet and feels pleasantly tucked away.
