It is an architecturally magnificent two-storey stone villa 330m2, with a huge garden of 1,300m2. The basic decor of the house remains the same, with furniture from the interwar era when it was built (1930). The guest house is located on the upper floor of the house and consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room for ten people, a large and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a second WC. All roomshave a personal terrace. A total of six people can be accommodated. It was the historical residence of the Lazopoulos family, an important family of the region, founders of the first winery of Nemea. The basic decor of the house remains the same, with furniture from the interwar era when it was built (1930). The guest house is located on the upper floor of the house and consists of 3 bedrooms, a large living room with a fireplace, a dining room for ten people, a large and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a view of the surrounding mountains and a second WC. All rooms and the kitchen have a personal comfortable terrace. A total of eight (8) people can be accommodated. The lower floor leads to the garden and is the personal residence of the owner Kostas Touloumtzis. The lower side of the garden is covered by a small vineyard, with the most important indigenous Greek grape varieties (21 varieties). The targeted seminars and meals-dinners-tastings for the guests will be held in the dining room and in the outdoor areas of the house, depending on the season. The menus are created in the kitchen of the guesthouse by Kostas Touloumtzis himself, who also suggests the appropriate combination with the local wines. 5. Acquaintance with the rich culture of the wider region, by organizing guided tours to the archaeological sites of Nemea, Mycenae, Corinth, Argos, etc. 6. Demonstration of making jewelry with various selected elements from the vines of Nemea, by the creator - artist and owner of the workshop "Vines Art" Christos Lazaris. 7. The above services are not included in the overnight stay cost and are subject to early notification by guests. **Kostas Touloumtzis was born in Mytilini, studied Computer Science at the University of Pisa in Italy, worked there in the field of catering since 1973 and opened the restaurant "Taverna Kostas" (1975-1993). He was also the director of the international movement "Slow Food" for the Pisa area since its foundation (1986). He collaborated with the wine specialist Press (Vini d' Italia, Seminario Permanente “Luigi Veronelli”), participated as a judge-taster in many International Wine Competitions in Europe, America and Asia. He moved to Athens in 1994 opening the first Wine Restaurant in Greece, the “ Enoteca” in Chalandri (1994 – 2011), founded the Panhellenic Union of Sommeliers P.EN.O. in 1997 of which he was President until 2005 and he assumed responsibility for the Educational Program of P.EN.O. for this period by organizing Professional Training seminars for sommeliers throughout Greece. He was also elected President of the International Sommelier Association ASI Association de la Sommellerie International from 2004 – 2007 and during his presidency he visited more than 40 countries gaining unique professional experiences. He was director of the “Castell' in Villa” restaurants in Siena (2012-2014) and “Dal Manzo” in Lucca (2014-2015). He opened the “Molyvos” restaurant in Modena (2015-2020), and the “17 Choria” restaurant in Nemea (2021-2023). Furthermore he is an honorary member of the Association of Professional Sommeliers of Italy, the Association of Sommeliers of Moscow and the Association of Sommeliers of Uruguay.
