The Alternative is the possibility of hosting you in La Maison des Écureuils – Bruniquel in a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom configuration. We will be delighted to host you in this beautiful 18th century stone house, completely renovated, located on the top of the beautiful medieval village of Bruniquel, a few steps from the castles. You will be seduced by the calm and serenity of the place and will have a pleasant stay. The space The property has fiber optic with Wi-Fi access. The accommodation consists of: On the ground floor: - a living room with HD TV, a 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs and a storage cabinet; The property has a washing machine. - a fully equipped kitchen dining room (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob 3 burners, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster...), a table and 6 chairs, an armchair, a magnificent decorative fireplace with sculptures from the 14th century; On the 1st floor: - bedroom 1 with a 200 x 160 cm bed, a dresser and a canopy with blackout curtains; - bedroom 2 with two 200 x 90 cm beds, a dresser and a canopy with blackout curtains; - a bathroom with a large shower 100 x 100 cm, a toilet and a sink. During your stay at our house, you can enjoy nearby: - nature and outdoor activities (walking and hiking, mountain biking, climbing, canoeing, via ferrata, horseback riding...) - historical and cultural visits: Bruniquel castles, the many bastides of the region, Puycelsi, Penne, Saint-Antonin Noble Val, Albi, Cahors, Montauban, Toulouse... - the gastronomy of the region: taste market, cellars and vineyards (Coteaux du Quercy, Gaillac, Cahors...)... Guest access Access to the accommodation can be done independently with the key box. Depending on your arrival time, we look forward to hosting you. Check-in time: from 4pm Checkout time: no later than 11 a.m. When you book, we will send you all the practical information for access to the village and the accommodation. Other things to note Free parking close to the accommodation. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Vaping and smoking are strictly prohibited in the accommodation. Parties are strictly forbidden. No pets are allowed. The fireplace is not functional.
