It can accommodate up to 8 adults (3 double beds and 1 sofa bed) these are divided into four rooms so that all guests can find their privacy. In addition, two cribs for toddlers up to about three years of age can be provided free of charge. There is also a high chair and a play corner for our little guests. In the living room, there is a large screen TV and a foosball table. Free Wi-Fi is also available to our guests throughout the property. The basic equipment includes a bed with fresh linens, a cozy bathrobe and fluffy towels. The infrared cabin on the balcony or the spacious hot tub invites you to relax. The infrared cabin can accommodate up to 4 people and the hot tub is suitable for 2 people. The bathroom is also equipped with a double sink and a rain shower. In the bathroom, our guests will also find a "test basket" with high-quality body care products from "FOREVER LIVING," which can be used during the stay. If you like the products, they are also available from your hosts or in the online shop designated in the apartment. The large, south-facing balcony overlooks the magnificent views of the Sonnwendstein. In addition, a fully equipped kitchenette awaits you, with a tea and coffee corner, which is equipped with various teas, coffee and drinking chocolate. Due to the given layout, it is possible for us to offer the prices staggered, so that the use of the apartment is also attractive for a smaller number of people. Other things to note The apartment is centrally located in Breitenstein. Opposite is a public children's playground for free use. The train station is only 5 minutes away by foot. Right in front of the property, you can start your hike on the railway trail to discover the magnificent structures of the Semmering railway. In about 10 minutes' walk you can reach the Blunzenwirt Inn where traditional home cooking awaits you. The Speckbacherhütte Inn, which is located in the "Am Kreuzberg" district, can be reached in 5 minutes by car, where you will be spoiled with regional dishes. The Semmering - Hirschenkogel can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. At the Semmering there is a supermarket, bakery, numerous restaurants, coffee shops and an ATM. At Hirschenkogel (Zauberberg) you can go skiing and tobogganing in winter. The special highlight is the night slope. But even in summer, you will get your money's worth at the Semmering. You can decide whether to go hiking, downhill skiing, scooter climbing (high ropes course) or race down the mountain with the summer toboggan run. Another ski resort, the Stuhleck, can be reached after about a 15-minute drive. This is located in the village of Spital am Semmering where you can also cross-country ski or snowshoe. Likewise, for a half-day or day trip we recommend the Rax (approx. 20 minutes by car) where you can take the cable car to over 2000 m above sea level to explore the spacious hiking area. St. Corona am Wechsel is also only 30 minutes away by car. There is a great leisure offer waiting for you, from mountain biking in every age group, summer toboggan run or a motor park. Spa lovers can reach the "Linsberg Asia" spa in 30 minutes by car or drive to the imperial city of Baden (45 minutes) to the Roman spa. The small town of Gloggnitz invites you to stroll and shop with its numerous shops. In summer, you can enjoy the sun in the large outdoor pool.
