Open from June 1 to September 30. - A beautiful 2,300 m² garden (not enclosed) - Three terraces, one of which is covered. Tables and chairs to enjoy sunny days. In addition to the house's private pool, the accommodation provides access to another large pool and a tennis court in the center of the estate. The house is ideally located in Le Boulou, in very pleasant surroundings. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (1 vehicle) and private car park of the house (2 vehicles). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Perpignan SNCF train station is about 30 minutes away by car - Perpignan airport is about 30 minutes away by car.
