Please note: dogs are not allowed on the Gulf Beach. This is a non-smoking home (including balconies), and events are not permitted. The minimum age to rent is 25. No carpeting except on stairs! The open concept floor plan features comfortable seating for TV or Gulf viewing, a dining area seating 6, breakfast bar seating 3 and a well equipped kitchen. The main floor also has a queen-sized bedroom and full bath with walk-in shower. Upstairs is the king-sized primary bedroom with a daybed and private Gulf front balcony. There is also a wet bar with fridge so you can enjoy your first cup of coffee or a night cap at day's end in the privacy of your bedroom. The ensuite bath features a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and private water closet. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and private bath. A washer/dryer is also on the upper floor for your convenience. A gas grill is available for your use. In the same 4 plex as Seagull if your group needs multiple units.
