The space A spacious open kitchen and living area, perfect for gatherings, equipped with an 80-inch large TV with Netflix, YouTube, etc. Five bedrooms, four with queen-sized beds and six with king single beds, plus an office/bedroom with two sofa beds, comfortably accommodating up to fifteen guests. The house is meticulously maintained and kept spotlessly clean. Guest access Guest parking is available in front of the building on the driveway or on the street. The garage is only available upon request, as it is primarily used for storage and cleaning purposes. Other things to note No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed on the property. Quiet Hours: No noise, music, or moving furniture from 9 pm to 7 am. Respect for Neighbors: Guests are expected to respect neighbors at all times. Property Cleanliness: Guests must keep the property clean, and extra cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess. No Parties or Events: Strictly no parties or events allowed at any time. No Illegal Activities: No engagement in illegal activities on the property, including a strict no drug use policy. Smoke Alarms: Tampering with smoke alarms may result in fines up to $15,000. Damage Reporting: Guests are required to report any breakage or damage promptly. Pest Prevention: Guests are urged not to leave food out to prevent attracting pests.
