Other things to note It is possible to arrive at 2pm as an option (find all our rates on our official Melina & Alfred website) The cleaning fee does not exempt you from leaving the apartment clean and tidy. You will be charged an additional fee in case of non-compliance with the policy. Any broken or damaged items and furniture will be charged at their actual replacement value.
