Dear Guest, I would like to inform you that the condominium where the apartment is located is undergoing renovation work on the facade of the building. One of the two terraces is unusable because it is used as a storage area for building materials. The second terrace, the one where the washing machine is located, is 100% usable. There may be some noise from the workers. The workers work from Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm and on Saturdays from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm.
