Welcome to Krasna Hiška, a beautifully restored stone house located at Tabor 6a in the charming village of Tabor, Sežana. Purchased as a ruin in 2006, this house was meticulously rebuilt by the owner using natural and reclaimed materials, all by hand and without the use of machines. Both the house and the village are protected as cultural heritage sites, preserving their authentic charm. The design was inspired by Italian architecture, reflecting the historical influences in the region. The space Our accommodation features a harmonious mix of traditional craftsmanship and modern comfort. Inside, you'll find exposed stone walls, wooden beams, and vintage decor that create a cozy and rustic ambiance. The space includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a charming bedroom. Each piece of furniture was handcrafted by the owner, who also restored various antiques to furnish the home. The property includes beautiful stonework crafted by master stonemason August Seražin. The house opens to views of the local vineyards of the Vipava Valley and the Nanos Plateau, giving guests a picturesque backdrop to their stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and the surrounding garden, which includes a historic church well dating back to 1858.
