Relax in the countryside on the beautiful Romantischen Straße. Ideal for excursions to the medieval towns of Dinkelsbühl, Feuchtwangen (6-7 km each) and Rothburg (36 km). Our bright, spacious apartment is quietly located, right in the center of Schopfloch (supermarket in the village, bakery next door). Cozy large dining room with kitchen. Bathroom with barrier-free shower, as well as 2 quiet bedrooms/living rooms with plenty of space. Outdoor seating. Raised ground floor (6 steps). NO animals. Smoke-free. The space Our 2024 lovingly furnished, cozy apartment offers plenty of space for up to 6 people. Bright modern dining room with 6 seats and fully equipped kitchens. (Stove with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee capsule machine.) 2 large bedrooms in a quiet location: 1 living room/ bedroom for 2 persons with double bed, couch and TV. From 3-6 people: 1 more large bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed (up to 80kg). Large bathroom with barrier-free shower / toilet / sink. Towels (1 shower towel, 1 towel per person), tea towels and linens are included. Outdoor seating with peace & quiet and a view of the countryside. 2 free parking spaces for cars (camping vehicles, trailers, construction vehicles, etc. not permitted or by arrangement). There is plenty of space in the courtyard for parking bicycles. Charging e-bikes is possible by arrangement. Guest access Complete apartment with its own entrance, for your own use. We are happy to welcome our guests personally. If we are not there, we will provide a key safe upon arrival. Other things to note Note for guests with infants: NOT AVAILABLE are: socket protection, high chair, stove fuse, etc. Safety: Freestanding TV. Roller shutters partly with a curtain, free access to cutlery drawers, dishes, electrical appliances, cleaning agents, etc. Upstairs bunk bed: not for children under the age of 6.
