The ecolodge of the small CHIC POND HOME in the meadows, with private Nordic bath, is a haven of peace and elegance in the heart of a private estate of 12 hectares. Comfortably settled, with a 360° view of nature, 2 ponds and no neighbors, you will feel like the only one in the world . Located in the green Périgord, close to plenty of outdoor activities and sightseeing. Given the ubiquity of the ponds, for safety reasons children are not allowed. The space The ecolodge of the small pond at HOME CHIC in the meadows is an old fishing hut, on the ground floor, completely renovated in 2024 to offer you a stay in nature with premium comfort. Peacefully installed in your sofa, on your terrace or in your private Nordic bath, you can observe nature, lulled by the chirping of birds, the sound of the wind in the trees and the small stream below. Without any light disturbances, you can also spend pleasant evenings contemplating the starry sky, while having a midnight bath. Nestled in the heart of the enchanting landscapes of the green Périgord, our high-end and intimate cottage is a refuge away from the hustle and bustle of the city, to recharge your batteries, slow down and enjoy simple and authentic moments. In summer, you'll enjoy this space to live inside and out, while in winter you'll enjoy the cozy warmth of the wood burning stove and a good movie like the cinema. Although secluded and quiet, within 15km you will find many leisure activities: many hiking trails, several castles, a nautical leisure base with cable-park/ wakeboard, a 9-hole golf course, cinema, restaurants ... You will also find all the useful shops and services: supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, hospital ... as well as very friendly local farmers markets. Finally, you will find in the ecolodge all the necessary amenities and storage to stay very comfortably as long as you wish. Large covered terrace, private land, heated Nordic bath, large equipped kitchen, video projector and large screen, hifi installation, wifi, are all equipment that will make your stay pleasant, in all seasons. *** Adult Only / +18 years old *** Guest access The ecolodge is totally independent and private, without any neighbors. You have exclusive use of land of more than one hectare, a private pond of 1000m2 and a Nordic bath. You can also stroll through an unspoiled natural area of 10 hectares of meadow and forest and go around the large one hectare pond or fish there (frequented only by you and ourselves occasionally). The ecolodge has its own access from a small communal road and private parking. A small 80-meter-long pedestrian path gives you access to your accommodation. Other things to note Accommodation reserved for adults. The ecolodge is self-contained in electricity, it is powered by solar panels and a battery park. Our facility is sized enough to offer you a high level of comfort. It was precisely our goal: to combine autonomy and comfort. We hope you enjoy this sense of independence as much as we do. There is no TV but a projector with projection screen and high performance audio system.
