Only registered guests declared during booking are allowed inside the unit — no unregistered visitors. Please maintain quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM to respect neighbors. Parking is available in the basement (subject to availability) with pay-on-exit: ₱50 for the first 4 hours, ₱10/hour thereafter, and ₱100 flat overnight (6 PM–6 AM). Smoking, parties, events, and pets are strictly prohibited to keep the space clean and comfortable. Be sure to turn off lights, air conditioning, and electronics when not in use (except the refrigerator). Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay. Please adhere to check-in and check-out times to help us prepare for incoming guests. To maintain a clean and hotel-like ambiance, cooking with an induction stove is not provided. Light meals, takeout, and reheating food using the microwave are welcome.
