Please be aware of the rules and opening hours for these amenities. Swimming Pool: Sun-Thurs 3:00PM - 10:00PM( Friday is maintenance day while Saturday is exclusively for unit owners) Roof Deck: Mon-Sun 6:00AM - 9:00PM ❤️Our goal is for this place to feel like your second home. You’ll have privacy and all the comforts you need for a cozy stay, along with fantastic amenities in our condo.😊 Other things to note REQUIREMENTS PROVIDE GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID FOR ALL GUESTS To enhance security and comply with regulations, we require guests to submit valid ID copies at least one day before check-in. This ensures smooth access and proper registration with the building administration while maintaining your privacy. 🏢🔒 READ HOUSE RULES Only registered guests declared during booking are allowed. Unregistered visitors are not permitted inside the unit. 🏨🚫 Please maintain peace, especially during quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM, and be considerate of our neighbors. 🌙🤝 When leaving, make sure to secure all windows and doors.😊 Parking is available at the basement with pay upon exit. (subject to availability). First 4 hours is ₱50 and ₱10 per hour thereafter. A flat rate of ₱100 is charged for overnight parking from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM🚗 Smoking and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited 🚬 To ensure the comfort of all guests, events and parties are not allowed. Please refrain from attaching balloons or taping anything to the walls or ceiling🎉 Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electronics when not in use, except for the refrigerator💡📺 Pets are not allowed on the premises to ensure pet-free environment for all guests🐶 Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay, including accidental damage. They also acknowledge sole responsibility for their safety and well-being.
