Welcome to the newly renovated holiday apartment, in an idyllic and quiet location with a picturesque view of the countryside. Fully equipped for relaxing days, including a spacious kitchen with a cooking island for evenings together. WiFi, flat screen TV and swimming pool ensure comfort and relaxation. In the basement there is a table tennis room with a small library and a laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer which can be used. Enjoy the surroundings and your vacation! The space In the hallway of the apartment there is the bathroom on the left and 2 household cupboards on the right. The one on the left is actually only used for final cleaning and the one on the right contains, in addition to the first aid kit and the fire extinguisher, toilet paper, kitchen roll, a set of table tennis bats (please put them back), an umbrella in case it rains and you have forgotten yours and much more. In the large living/kitchen you can really let off steam in the kitchen or order something and spend an evening together. Above the refrigerator with freezer compartment there is a microwave with oven function (please leave the door slightly open if heat develops). The sofa bed can be pulled out and you can spend great game evenings or just watch TV at the living room table. Behind the living room is the bedroom with a shoe cabinet, wardrobe, 2 beds 90x200 and a small shelf where there are various games. There is also useful information, maps and a folder I put together with house rules and travel guides (worth a look for insider tips). I would also be happy if you would sign the guest book there and tell us about your lovely stay. On the terrace you can watch the sunset and have a view of the greenery. There is also a storage room with a clothes horse and chairs if they are not on the terrace. Guest access The parking lot is available to every guest and resident. At the Paradies 6 house entrance, behind the first door on the left is the swimming pool which everyone in the house can use. You can also add yourself to a list there and reserve a time period. At the end of the hallway on the ground floor at the back right is your holiday apartment, which you can use privately. In the basement down the stairs on the left is the bicycle parking space in the building and the table tennis room, which everyone can use. On the right in the basement is the laundry room, which can also be used by everyone. The washing machine and dryer work with coins. You can find detergent in the bathroom sink in the apartment. In the storage room on the terrace you will also find a drying rack in case you would prefer to keep an eye on your laundry or would like to hang up your bath towels after swimming. The back exit to the residential building at Am Paradies 4 is also in the basement, and there is also a bicycle parking space outside. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are not included! However, just in case, I have some there for an additional charge. The swimming pool can be used Monday to Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and after the lunchtime rest/cleaning from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The house rules require the use of bathing shoes and a bathing cap. Children must not be left unattended. Please do not jump off the edge of the pool! In the living room there is a picture with a QR code that you can scan for WiFi access. The access data can of course also be typed in if you have a laptop or something similar with you.
