Large loft room 30 sqm; feel-good oasis on the top floor

Quiet and centrally located in Ahaus in the western Münsterland, we offer a pleasant overnight stay with breakfast (for an extra charge). You will stay with us, Jörg and Melanie, in a detached house and have a whole floor on the top floor just for you, including a private bathroom. We live at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, in a residential area directly in Ahaus. The Dutch town of Enschede or the Outlet Center Ochtrup is about 20 minutes away. The area is also characterized by excellent bike paths. The space You will stay in our converted attic with its own bathroom. You have about 30 square meters available here. The double bed has a bed surface of 1.60 × 2.00 m; the single bed 90 × 200 cm. Bed linen and towels are provided. In the room you will find a kettle, tea and instant coffee. You also have a small fridge with drinks at a fair price in the room; you can also help yourself to more choices in the beverage fridge (located in the garage). There is also a TV that is Netflix and Prime capable; here you have to log in through your own account as we do not have one ourselves. In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer, which can be used for an extra charge. Guest access Our garage is available to cyclists as a parking space. You are also welcome to use the pavilion in our garden in fine weather. Access is also via the garage. During your stay We are easily reachable by phone😀 or you can simply contact us directly. Other things to note The listed price is the pure room price. Breakfast can be booked on site for €9.90 per person/day; this will be brought to your room. Drinks are available for 1-2 euros; wine-based drinks 5 euros
