There are no shared spaces; the entire property will be at your exclusive disposal during your stay. 🚗 Parking The apartment has a private garage, available on request at a cost of €15 per day. The service is subject to availability, so it is advisable to request it in advance to guarantee your reservation. Alternatively, there are public street parking lots bordered by blue stripes near the accommodation. Parking is paid from Monday to Saturday, with the following hours: 🕗 8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. 🕓 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Hourly 💶 rate: €1.00 It is always advisable to check the vertical signs on site to confirm the updated rates and times. 🔑 Check in We offer two check-in methods to meet your needs: ✅ Check in: 🕒 From 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. ⏰ Late Check-in (in person only): From 9:00 p.m. to midnight → €15 After 12:00 a.m. → €30 per hour 🔑 Self Check In: Available free of charge and at any time (upon request) 🚪 Checkout: 🕙 By 10:00 a.m. ⏳ Late Check-out (only on request and subject to availability): Until 2:00 pm → €30 Until 8:00 PM → €60 Other things to note 📌 Details to note 🔹 Mood Apartment is a tourist rental and does not offer bed and breakfast services. Administrative 📑 obligations for your stay For safety reasons and in compliance with Italian regulations, it is mandatory to provide: A copy of the identity document (passport or ID card) of all guests at least 48 hours before arrival. 📷 Photograph of the identity document (also encrypted by Airbnb, if applicable). 🤳 Selfie of the booker with their ID, for identity verification. 📝 Signature of the tourist rental agreement In accordance with Italian legislation on tourist rentals (Article 1571 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code and regional legislation), guests must sign a tourist rental agreement at check-in. This contract governs the terms of the stay and does not entail any mandatory registration with the Revenue Agency, unless the duration exceeds 30 days. 🔑 Check-in and arrival time Free 24/7 self check-in available.
