There are no shared spaces; the entire property will be at your exclusive disposal during your stay. 🚗 Parking Private garage available upon request (€15/day, subject to availability). Alternatively, public parking is available on blue lines for a fee. Important: Parking is not permitted on Via Mazzini on Thursdays due to street cleaning. However, to ensure maximum comfort, we provide: ✔ Initial cleaning of the apartment before your arrival. ✔ Clean and fresh bed and bath linens. ✔ Courtesy kit with shower gel and shampoo. 📌 Additional services for a fee Any additional supplies are not included in the stay, but can be requested for a fee through external companies. For more information, please contact us in advance. 📑 Administrative requirements for your stay For security reasons and in compliance with Italian regulations, it is mandatory to provide: A copy of the identity document (passport or identity card) for all guests at least 48 hours before arrival. 📷 Photo of the identity document (including Airbnb-encrypted, if applicable). 🤳 Selfie of the guest with their document, for identity verification. 📝 Signing of the tourist rental agreement In accordance with Italian regulations on tourist rentals (Article 1571 et seq. of the Civil Code and regional regulations), guests must sign a tourist rental agreement upon check-in. This agreement governs the terms of their stay and does not require any mandatory registration with the Revenue Agency, unless the duration exceeds 30 days. 🔑 Check-in and arrival time Free self-check-in is available 24/7. Free in-person check-in is available until 8:00 PM. After this time, a surcharge applies. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.
