You can start your day with delicious NESPRESSO coffee on the roof terrace and enjoy all the beautiful amenities of this apartment, and of course the very high-quality furnishings. To ensure your sleep is first-class, a cozy king-size bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and hotel-level bedding are waiting for you. There is also a dining area for up to 6 people and a cozy seating area with a sofa bed and large smart TV with streaming options. The roof terrace also has cozy seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and everything else you need to cook delicious food. The bathroom has a rain shower with an additional hand shower. There is also a washing machine for free use. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the important things like shower gel & shampoo. Guest access: You have the entire apartment to yourself. Make yourself at home! Other things to note We provide high-quality bed linen and towels. You can also expect a welcome set with coffee and tea as well as a welcome drink. Additional services: - Late check-out is subject to availability and can be booked at an extra cost - Cleaning during a longer stay can also be booked for an extra charge A registration form must be completed before check-in. Guest access ATTENTION: Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a free parking space. The Sparkassen-Parkhaus Zentrum/Schloß was renovated in 2023 and is just a few meters from the property. Other things to note HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS 1. Check-in is from 3 pm, check-out is no later than 10 am. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning services are liable for any resulting costs and expenses. 2. Guests are not allowed to make reservations within their place of residence at Q24Apartments. Please contact us if you wish to book in your own place of residence. 3. Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not allowed, not even in common areas (e.g. hallways). Violations of the smoking ban incur a fee of €250 plus the cost of a special cleaning and damage repair. 4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. 5. No guests are allowed in excess of the number indicated on the reservation. We charge €50 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest. 6. No animals allowed. Violations of our animal policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us before their stay. 7. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking permits. 8. Noise level measurement systems can be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas. 9. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service. 10. Booking a reservation is subject to agreement to the house rules. Guests who do not respect house rules are liable for all resulting damages, fees, costs or expenses.
