You can start your day with delicious NESPRESSO coffee on the rooftop terrace and enjoy all the nice amenities of this apartment, and of course the very high-quality equipment. To make your sleep top notch, a cozy king-size bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and hotel-level bedding. In addition, there is of course a dining area for up to 6 people as well as a cozy seating area with sofa bed and large smart TV with streaming options. The rooftop also has cozy seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and everything else you need to cook delicious meals. The bathroom has a rain shower with extra hand shower. There is a washing machine for free use. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the important things like shower gel & shampoo. Guest access: You have the entire apartment for you. Feel at home! Other things to take into account We provide high quality linen and towels. You'll also find a welcome set of coffee and tea, along with a welcome drink. Additional services: - late check-out is subject to availability and can be booked at an additional cost - Cleaning can also be arranged for an extra charge during a longer stay A registration form must be filled out before check-in. Guest access NOTE: Unfortunately, we are not able to offer you a free parking space. The Sparkassen-Parkhaus Zentrum/Schloß was renovated in 2023 and is only a few meters from the property. Other things to note HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS 1. Check-in is from 3 pm, check-out is no later than 10 am. Early check-in or late check-out is available for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning are liable for all resulting costs and expenses. 2. Guests may not make reservations within their place of residence at Q24Apartments. Please contact us if you would like to book in your own place of residence. 3. Smoking, parties, and excessive volume are not allowed, even in common areas (e.g. hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will incur a fee of €250 plus the cost of a Special cleaning and damage repair afterwards. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Guests whose number exceeds that indicated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge 50€ per night of reservation for each unauthorized guest. 6. Animals are not allowed. Violations of our animal policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are kindly requested to contact prior to their stay. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking passes. 8. Noise level measurement systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive volume levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas. 9. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss in the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service. 10. Booking a reservation is accompanied by the consent to comply with the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any damages, fees, costs or expenses resulting therefrom.
