This lovely, tastefully decorated, modern flat has everything you could wish for. It is in a location well away from traffic, although it is only a few minutes from the centre, it has private parking, it is straightforward, easy to use and from the balcony there is a very open view of the city's urban and hillside panorama. Air conditioning for optimal comfort. The space The flat is ideal for two people but can easily accommodate up to four by opening the sofa bed in the living area. In this case the space will be a bit cramped, but by folding it up you will have enough room to enjoy the space to the full. You enter the flat on the living area with TV, open to the fully equipped kitchen with dining table and access to the balcony. The sleeping area consists of a small hallway with cupboards, a spacious bedroom and a modern shower room. All shutters are electric. We recommend keeping the shutters and windows closed during the day to keep the house cool. The air conditioning will bring the space to the ideal temperature in a few minutes when you return. Guest access We will send you instructions on how to get the keys from the safety box and directions on how to park your car in our car park at the back of the building.
