The second bedroom is strictly open for reservations of more than 2 people. Living room with corner sofa There are a total of 3 TVs: A 32-inch in each bedroom and a 43-inch in the living room. 1 spacious bathroom with bathtub Well-equipped kitchen with 4 burners and oven, fridge, filter coffee maker, microwave, toaster. Balcony: Excellent view of all of Athens with Lycabettus as the "plate". The common areas have security cameras for your own safety and to improve our services. The place is not designed for babies or children. Guests are solely responsible for their own safety. The fireplace is only operational during the winter months and strictly by arrangement. The following are strictly prohibited: Parties, gatherings of many people and pets. Guest access The entire apartment is available for guests only. Other things to note In order to comply with the Hellenic Tax Regulation (Law 4446/2016- Regulations) regarding the short term lease of property in the context of the sharing economy and the bulletin (POL.1187/23.11.2017) I am obliged to submit certain data of this short term lease to the site of the Hellenic Internal Revenue Service (taxisnet). In order to do that I need each guest's first name and surname, as well as the number of his/her passport or other official ID issued by his/her country of residence. In this context I solemnly declare to you that the specific data will be used exclusively for the purpose stated above and will not be used for any other means. In accordance with the Greek tax regulation (Law 4446/2016 - Regulations for the short-term lease of property in the context of the sharing economy and the bulletin (POL. 1187/23.11.2017) I am obliged to submit each declaration of short-term residence on the website of the Hellenic Internal Revenue Service (taxisnet) to complete the tax identification number of the visitor who made the reservation.
